The Snake Pit Raceway sports excellent lighting for night racing, as can be seen in these pictures on the sides. The track is built with Alabama Red Clay, and lanes are marked with yellow piping. The track also sports a permanent sprinkler water system that speeds track watering between rounds, which allows us to stick to our schedule more efficiently. The track serves excellent food on site, has plenty of parking for even the largest event, and has permanent public air compressors. This eliminates the need to bring large, noisy personal air compressors.
